Usage Policy

By creating an account or using any Aikyat application, you agree to this Usage Policy. If you are using Aikyat on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Aikyat. The platform is intended for lawful personal and business communication.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected Google account secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@aikyat.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use Aikyat to:

• send spam, phishing, or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive messages;
• infringe others' rights, or violate any law or regulation;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the service to build a competing product, or resell it without our written consent.

Aikyat uses AI to rank mail, summarise threads, and suggest drafts. These outputs are assistive and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing summaries and drafts before you rely on or send them — nothing is sent on your behalf without your explicit approval.

When you connect Gmail, you authorise Aikyat Mail to access your account within the scopes you grant. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled, including our Limited Use commitment.

We work to keep Aikyat available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or discontinue features — including apps still in development such as Aikyat Call and Aikyat Chat — as the platform evolves.

Aikyat, its software, and its branding are owned by Colligence Research Private Limited. Your content and your mail remain yours; using the app does not transfer any ownership of your data to us.

You may stop using Aikyat and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach this policy or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, Colligence Research Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
