Aikyat ("the platform", "the app") is provided by Colligence Research Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This policy explains what information the Aikyat platform and its applications — starting with Aikyat Mail — collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers data obtained through Google APIs when you connect your Google account.
When you connect your Google account to Aikyat Mail, you are asked to grant the following permissions. We request the narrowest set that lets the app function:
gmail.readonly — read your messages, threads, and labels.gmail.send — send the replies you approve.gmail.labels — read and apply labels to triage mail.userinfo.email — your account email and name.We use Google user data solely to provide the features you can see in the app — ranking your inbox, summarising threads, drafting replies you approve, and semantic search. Every use of your data traces back to a feature you can see and control. Our AI processing runs at inference time on a per-user, per-request basis; we never train general-purpose or shared models on your mail.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with vetted service providers (such as cloud hosting and AI inference infrastructure) strictly to operate the app on our behalf, under contracts that require confidentiality and prohibit independent use, or where required by law.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis and logged. We keep only what the app needs to function and apply the principle of least privilege across our infrastructure.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the app or from your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect or delete your account, we delete the associated Google user data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We do not use Google user data to serve advertising, we do not sell it or transfer it to data brokers, we do not use it for credit or lending decisions, and we do not use or transfer Workspace API data to train, retrain, or improve generalised or non-personalised AI or ML models.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw access at any time. To make a request, email privacy@aikyat.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We may update this policy as the platform grows and new applications launch. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
